Property Management with Leasing 带租赁的物业托管
1. Rent on behalf of the principal and handle the leasing registration procedures 代委托方出租,代办租赁登记手续;

8. Assist in contacting for various types of repairs 协助联系维修各类维修
9. Assist in arranging lawn mowing and snow removal 协助安排剪草及铲雪
10. Installation of a home security system and backup emergency contact 家庭防盗系统安装及后备紧急联络
11. School emergency call contact 学校紧急呼叫联络
12. Temporary storage or forwarding of letters 临时保管或转寄信件
